Data collected: only what you enter in the contact form (name and company, email or phone, project type, message) or send us by email or phone.

Purpose and legal basis: to answer your request and, if you wish, prepare a quote. Processing is based on your request (pre-contractual measures).

Recipients: Yomax only. The form sends your message through the FormSubmit service (formsubmit.co), which forwards it to our Gmail inbox (Google). These providers may process data outside the European Union, under their contractual safeguards. Your data is never sold or used for advertising.

Retention: 3 years after our last exchange if no contract is signed; for the duration of the business relationship, then as required by law (notably accounting), if you become a client.

Your rights: you may request access, correction, erasure or restriction of your data, or object to its processing, by writing to [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).

Cookies: this website sets no cookies and uses no audience measurement tool. Fonts and images are hosted on the website itself.
