What people ask before getting started.
How long until my website is ready?
Usually 3 to 4 weeks. It depends on what you need (number of pages, admin area, features) and is stated clearly in the quote.
I don't have photos or copy. Is that a problem?
No. We write the copy with you from a short questionnaire, and we can arrange photos of your shop or your work.
Do I own the domain name?
Yomax manages it during your subscription. If you stop, we transfer the domain and hand over your website files, on simple request.
What if I want to change something after launch?
The first change is free. After that, each change costs €30. With the “admin area” plan, you update your listings or products yourself.
Where do you work?
In France and internationally. Everything is easily handled by phone, email or video call, and we travel when the project calls for it.
